Job Summary:

Pay is $15/hour PLUS commission (you could earn more in commission alone than your whole salary) Pest Technician We are looking for a motivated, dependable Pest Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage a service route, build strong customer relationships, provide exceptional service, generate new business opportunities, and work effectively as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits

• Base hourly pay starting at $15/hour or more, plus uncapped commission
• Biweekly pay via direct deposit

• Company gas card provided Responsibilities
• Manage a daily pest control service route.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer and office requests.
• Safely mix, handle, and apply pesticides in accordance with company policies, product labels, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Accurately document services performed using company systems.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in proper working condition.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, treatment plans, and scheduling.
• Work collaboratively with teammates while identifying opportunities to grow the customer base. Qualifications
• Demonstrates a high level of accountability, responsibility, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to read, write, and document service notes accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening. Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and at elevated heights.
• Comfortable working around stinging and biting insects and other pests.
• Ability to safely lift and carry equipment, including backpack sprayers weighing up to 70 pounds.
