We're hiring motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Pest Control & Home Services Technicians . No experience? No problem. We provide paid training , licensing support, and ongoing mentorship so you can build a successful career with strong earning potential.

What You'll Do:

Complete paid training and obtain your Ohio pest control license (we cover the costs) Run your own service route performing pest control, wildlife exclusion, mosquito treatments, and outdoor landscape lighting services Conduct property inspections and deliver effective treatments and installations Communicate directly with customers in person, by phone, and text — providing excellent service and updates Use company-provided tools, equipment, and Windows-based software to document your work Safely climb and work from extension ladders (training provided)

What We're Looking For:

No prior pest control or electrical experience required — we will train you! Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely climb and work from ladders (required) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Basic computer skills and strong communication/customer service skills Reliable, organized, and willing to learn Bonus if you have: Any experience with low-voltage electrical systems or landscape/outdoor lighting (strongly preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

$18•$25 per hour (based on experience and performance) plus commission on services performed Paid training and licensing Paid Time Off (vacation and personal days) Opportunities for advancement in a growing local company Casual work environment with a supportive small-team atmosphere

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (No weekends!)
