As we grow, we're looking for dependable, motivated people to join our team as Pest Control Service Technicians. No prior pest control experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and help you earn your state pest control license. Preferred Experience- Construction or carpentry work. What You'll Do Inspect homes and businesses, identify pest issues, and provide effective treatments. Communicate with customers and give helpful tips for preventing future issues. Working outdoors, general carpentry to repair or seal up homes, climbing a ladder, inspecting attics and structures to find damage and openings where rodents may enter. Build strong customer relationships while representing our company with professionalism. Identify sales opportunities that benefit the customer (additional services, preventative programs). Work both independently in the field and as part of a supportive team. Driving a company vehicle to multiple job sites located through out the tri-state. What We're Looking For Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals. Must be punctual and possess excellent time management skills. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments and spaces. Valid driver's license, clean driving record and minimum age of 18. Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends if needed. Why Join 1STOP?

Competitive Pay:
$16-$19 per hour starting, plus incentives.
