Services We Provide Yardvarks offers comprehensive outdoor services for residential and commercial clients, including: Lawn and landscape maintenance Turf & ornamental care Pest control services Landscape and irrigation installation Pool service and repair Seasonal property enhancements Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Indoor & Outdoor Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying pest issues, applying treatments safely and effectively, and helping clients maintain pest-free environments through quality service and communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial pest control, including termite treatments. Experience with nuisance wildlife services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Perform indoor and outdoor pest inspections Identify pest activity, infestations, and entry points Apply pesticides and treatment solutions according to label and safety guidelines Perform residential and commercial termite treatments and inspections Assist with nuisance wildlife services as needed Educate customers on treatment plans and preventative measures Maintain accurate records of applications and service visits Operate and maintain application equipment safely and properly Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations Communicate professionally with customers and team members Requirements Pest Control Technician certification or applicable licensure Experience in residential and commercial pest control Termite treatment and inspection experience preferred Nuisance wildlife experience a plus (training available) Knowledge of pests, treatment methods, and pesticide application practices Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage service routes efficiently Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with clean driving record Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Simple IRA with company matching Paid time off Opportunities for advancement and professional development Company-provided tools and equipment Supportive, team-focused work environment Ready to Join Us?
