This role is essential in providing effective pest management solutions to our clients, ensuring their properties remain safe and pest-free. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. Duties Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and bait stations. Utilize hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively during service calls. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies. Drive to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Experience Previous or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
