In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and preventing pest issues across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will help clients maintain safe, pest-free environments while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using industry-standard techniques and equipment Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and proper maintenance practices Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Skills Proven experience in pest control Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and safety procedures Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and other relevant equipment confidently Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation Familiarity with sales techniques to promote additional services when appropriate Physical stamina to perform inspections and treatments in diverse outdoor environments Join us in delivering exceptional pest management solutions that protect health, property, and the environment.
