Licensed Pest Control Specialist (Part-Time / As Needed)
Location:
Eastern North Carolina (Wilmington, Jacksonville/Crystal Coast & surrounding areas)

We're looking for an experienced pest control professional whose knowledge and experience can help support our team and our customers. Many of our best ideas come from experienced professionals who have spent years solving problems in the field. We're looking for someone who enjoys sharing that experience while continuing to do meaningful work on a flexible schedule. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is retired, semi-retired, or simply looking to stay active in the industry while sharing their knowledge and experience. We're not looking for someone to run a full-time route—we're looking for a trusted professional who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and mentoring technicians. What You'll Do Work will vary based on seasonal demand and company needs, but may include: Mosquito control services Household Pest Defense (HPD) services Rodent control services Specialty pest control treatments Customer inspections and troubleshooting Technician ride-alongs and field training Quality control and service audits Assisting with difficult customer concerns Providing technical guidance to our field team Helping maintain our high standards of service quality No two weeks are exactly alike.
What We're Looking For Required:
Current North Carolina Structural Pest Control License Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a good driving record Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently
Preferred:
Several years of structural pest control experience Enjoys mentoring and training others Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Looking for a flexible, part-time schedule rather than full-time employment Why Join Us?
