Job Description

Pest Control Professional
PRIORITY PEST & TERMITE LLC
has been rapidly growing, and it is time to bring another Pest Control Professional on board!
We have two office locations:
Hoover and Springville. This individual will primarily be performing pest, termite and mosquito treatments for our new clients. During the initial treatments, you'll address their pest concerns, explain company procedures, establish meaningful connections with clients, and provide assurance to families by ensuring a pest-free home. We're seeking a friendly and dedicated individual who is eager to grow alongside our expanding company. Industry experience is not required; we are enthusiastic about providing thorough training to the right candidate!
Job Compensation and Perks Total Compensation:
$17/ hr - $20/hr End of year bonus 100% paid Health insurance after 90 days for employee Sales commission for establishing new accounts and cross selling services Monthly production bonus available 5 days of PTO after 6 months, 10 PTO days after 1 year Closed between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day Company paid vehicle Provided uniform including work shirts, work pants, jackets and headwear Top of the line work equipment to help you complete your job effectively Career growth as the company grows and scales Job Requirements Finding creative and thoughtful ways to create a positive pest control experience Must be drug-free and smoke-free with no criminal history Must have a clean driving record Must be available 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Ability to lift 50 pounds Work in a variety of weather conditions Love of outdoor work Communicating and developing relationships with clients Effectively setting proper expectations with clients Apply pest treatments to the interior and exterior of clients' homes. This includes crawlspaces, attics, and on ladders Handling, mixing, and applying chemicals according to label instructions Work independently and autonomously Maintain a professional image and clean working environment Extensive drivetime
