We are committed to hiring individuals who align with our core values: Position Overview We are seeking a Branch 2 Licensed Pest Control Technician / Field Representative to service established routes and build strong customer relationships in the field. This role is ideal for a technician who is reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently while representing the company at a high level. Key Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services in accordance with California regulations and company standards
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions
• Apply treatments using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles and least-toxic methods
• Service residential, commercial, and institutional accounts
• Maintain accurate service records using mobile software (PestPac)
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and service details clearly with customers
• Identify and present additional service opportunities when appropriate
• Ensure all equipment, materials, and service vehicles are maintained and in compliance
• Follow all safety protocols, label instructions, and regulatory requirements Requirements (Must-Have)
• Valid California Branch 2 Field Representative License
• Minimum 1-2 years of pest control field experience preferred
• Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various outdoor/indoor conditions Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with route-based pest control service
• Familiarity with PestPac or similar CRM systems
• Knowledge of IPM practices and exclusion techniques
• Experience working with schools, commercial, or government accounts Compensation & Benefits
