We are seeking a full-time Designated Certified Applicator (DCA) licensed in South Carolina Category 7A to serve as the qualifying licensed professional for our pest control operation. This role is critical to our company and will oversee compliance, application standards, technician training, and pest management operations. About Us We provide effective pest management solutions with a focus on responsible, family-conscious practices. Our mission is to protect homes while minimizing unnecessary chemical exposure whenever possible. As our Designated Certified Applicator, you will play a key leadership role in building a company known for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Serve as the company's designated licensed applicator as required by South Carolina regulations. Maintain an active South Carolina Category 7A license in good standing. Oversee pest management operations and treatment protocols. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Train and supervise technicians and applicators. Maintain pesticide application records and regulatory documentation. Assist in developing treatment plans and service standards. Conduct occasional inspections and quality-control visits. Support company growth through operational leadership and industry expertise. Qualifications Required Active South Carolina Commercial Pesticide Applicator License Category 7A Certification Ability to serve as the company's Designated Certified Applicator Clean driving record Strong understanding of pest identification and treatment methods Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred 5+ years pest control experience Experience managing technicians Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Experience with low-impact or reduced-risk treatment approaches
