Operate ladders, power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to access hard-to-reach areas or perform pest control tasks efficiently. Maintain detailed records of chemical usage, treatment procedures, and client interactions to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Skills Proven experience in pest control or related outdoor work such as lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and company vehicles confidently. Knowledge of pesticide application techniques, pesticide management practices, and integrated pest management strategies. Familiarity with chemical agent handling including proper storage, mixing procedures, and safety precautions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about pest issues and treatments. Understanding of entomology principles related to pest identification and behavior for targeted control measures. Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols including confined space entry safety procedures and respiratory protection requirements.
