Pest Control Technician Proven Pest Solutions - Westmoreland, TN Join a Growing Local Company Proven Pest Solutions is a growing, locally owned and operated premium pest control company serving Sumner, Macon, and surrounding counties. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working independently, helping customers, and taking pride in solving problems, we'd like to speak with you. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control services Conduct inspections for insects, rodents, termites, and other pests Apply treatments according to company procedures and state regulations Install and monitor rodent stations, termite systems, and other pest control equipment Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate service records using company software Safely operate company vehicle and equipment Deliver outstanding customer service at every visit Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Very detail oriented Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments No pest control experience required Willingness to learn and grow with the company What we offer Company vehicle (for qualified candidates) Paid training and licensing assistance Paid holidays Opportunity for advancement Family-oriented work environment Stable year-round employment Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays as needed Why Proven Pest Solutions?
