Our Family Serving Yours. Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll perform pest inspections, treatments, and prevention services for residential and commercial customers, helping keep homes and businesses safe from pests while representing Frontier's decades-long reputation for quality and trust. Responsibilities- Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Apply pesticides, baits, traps, and other treatment methods safely and in accordance with label instructions and state regulations
- Perform general pest control, termite prevention and elimination, rodent control and proofing, ant and flea control, bee control, and weed/lawn pest control services
- Support new construction pretreatment and real estate inspection services
- Educate customers on findings, treatment plans, and prevention tips
- Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and vehicle/equipment inspection reports
- Follow up with customers on quarterly service plans and maintain positive, lasting client relationships
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Texas Department of Agriculture licensing regulations
- Represent Frontier Pest Control professionally in the field and community Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks (lifting equipment, climbing ladders and stairs, crawling in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a daily route/schedule What We Offer
