Position Summary As a Pest Management Professional / Wildlife Professional , you'll work hands-on in the field, helping homeowners and businesses resolve wildlife intrusions and pest problems with humane and responsible practices. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the outdoors, solving problems, and being part of a company that truly cares about people, animals, and the environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify signs of wildlife and pest activity, entry points, and vulnerabilities. Safely and humanely trap, remove, and relocate nuisance wildlife in accordance with state and local regulations. Perform exclusion work to seal entry points and prevent future issues. Deliver pest control services using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) best practices. Educate customers on humane solutions and ongoing prevention. Prepare clear and accurate service reports, recommendations, and estimates. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment. Provide exceptional customer service while representing Critter Stop in a professional, respectful manner. What We're Looking For ✅ Hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals. ✅ Prior experience in wildlife removal, pest control, construction, or related fields is a plus , but not required — we will train the right person! ✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, on ladders, on roofs, in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spaces. ✅ Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. ✅ Valid driver's license and clean driving record. ✅ Ability to pass a background check. ✅ Willingness to obtain or maintain any necessary pest control or wildlife control licenses ( Critter Stop covers training and licensing! ) What Critter Stop Offers ✨
