Job Overview We seek a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician and inspector/sales person to join our team. In this role, you will manage pest control services for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients maintain pest-free environments while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods and experience with various tools and machinery. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Develop customized pest management plans tailored to individual client needs. Educate clients on preventative measures and best practices for maintaining a pest-free environment. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up visits. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of scheduled appointments. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new pest control technologies. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is advantageous. Background in sales or customer service is a plus, as you will engage directly with clients. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
