We're hiring our first technician to run booked residential service jobs across three lines: Mosquito and pest barrier treatments Enzymatic turf and yard cleaning Power washing (driveways, patios, fences, exteriors) Equipment, trailers, and chemicals are provided. You bring the work ethic and customer presence. What you'll do Run scheduled residential service appointments (we book the work, you deliver it) Apply mosquito barrier treatments, enzymatic turf solutions, and pressure wash residential surfaces Walk customers through completed work and confirm satisfaction Identify and recommend additional services (bundle upsells: pest + turf + wash combos) Maintain trailer, equipment, and chemical inventory Communicate clearly with the office on schedule changes, customer issues, and job notes Compensation $20-$35/hr base, structured as hourly + per-job completion bonuses Top of range achievable through productive routing and successful upsells Realistic weekly earnings: $700-$1,400 depending on route density and bonus performance Paid training during first 2 weeks while you learn equipment and customer workflow Required Clean driving record, valid Texas driver's license Comfortable pulling and operating a service trailer Strong customer service mindset — you're the face of PaceLine on every job Reliable transportation to our trailer staging location in Dallas Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for full shifts, work outdoors in Texas weather Strongly preferred 1+ year of experience in pest control, lawn care, power washing, landscaping, or related field Bilingual (English/Spanish) Texas Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (Structural or Non-Agricultural category) Experience upselling or recommending additional services Don't have a pesticide license yet? If you're the right fit on everything else, we'll cover certification costs and pay you during the study period. License must be obtained within 60 days of hire. Schedule Tuesday-Saturday, daylight hours Approximately 35 hours/week, scaling with seasonal demand Spring/summer is high season; winter is lighter Growth path PaceLine is in a growth phase. The first technician on the truck has the inside track to: Crew lead role (running a 2-tech crew) within 6-12 months Sales / route development role Operations coordinator role
