We are expanding and elevating our vegetation & pest management division and looking for a skilled professional who wants stability, growth, and advancement in a respected company. If you take pride in precision work, understand chemical application safety, and want a clear path to higher responsibility and earnings, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career. What You'll Do You won't just "spray plants and bugs." You'll protect landscapes, commercial properties, and client investments through professional vegetation & pest management. Mix, load, and apply herbicides and pesticides safely and accurately Operate handheld, backpack, and vehicle-mounted spray systems Identify plant pests, invasive species, and disease issues Maintain detailed service and chemical application records Ensure equipment is maintained and job sites meet safety standards Support landscape maintenance teams when needed What We're Looking For Experience in vegetation management, weed control, or related field Applicator's license (or willingness to obtain quickly — we support certification) Knowledge of herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizer application Ability to pass Houston Area Safety Council training Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in Texas conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What You Get Competitive hourly pay based on skill and certification Year-round stable employment (no seasonal layoffs) Paid training and licensing support Performance-based bonuses Paid holidays + PTO Annual Christmas bonus Clear advancement opportunities Work with a company that has low turnover and long-term client contracts We invest in licensing, training, and leadership development for those who demonstrate consistency and initiative.
