Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Responsible Certified Applicator to serve as our Applicator of Record and help build the company from day one. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled technician who wants greater involvement on the business side while continuing to deliver high-quality treatment services. The right person will help shape service standards and training programs, build a client base across commercial and residential markets, and be rewarded well beyond standard industry compensation for the growth they help drive. Position Overview The individual will serve as Responsible Certified Applicator, holding the license required for legal operation, and will report directly to the founder. This role is ideal for someone seeking more upside and greater influence over the technical side of the business than a typical technician position offers. For the first 12 months there is an expectation that this role will help founder aggressively solicit new business as well as train and recruit technicians. Responsibilities Serve as Responsible Certified Applicator of Record for the company until Founder qualifies for license.
