Job Description:

As a Pest Control Technician at Pest Master, you will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and eliminating pests in residential and commercial settings. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Pest Inspections:

Conduct thorough inspections to identify types of pests, the extent of infestation, and potential entry points.

Treatment Application:

Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments to eliminate and prevent pest infestations, ensuring the safety of occupants and the environment.

Customer Education:

Educate clients on pest prevention and provide recommendations to maintain a pest-free environment.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of services provided, including details of inspections, treatments, and recommendations.

Equipment Maintenance:

Properly handle and maintain pest control equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation.

Requirements:

Pest Control Certification:

Possession of a valid pest control certification/license in accordance with state regulations.

Knowledge of Pests:

Familiarity with common pests, their habits, and effective control methods.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and crawling in confined spaces.

Customer-Focused:

A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We're seeking a pest control technician/apprentice who will be responsible for taking care of clients and collaborating with RCA. The pay structure includes a minimum hourly wage of $15, or a commission-based system. The commission is calculated as 20% of the existing or company customers and 25% of the new customers you bring onboard, whichever is higher. Additionally, there's a commission for every new customer subscription. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
