Pest Control Technician Republic Pest Control Magnolia, TX From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour - Full-time Overview Small local family own pest control business that serves, Magnolia, Montgomery, Hockley, Cypress and surrounding Houston area. Looking for a hard working family oriented individual. Needing to fill two positions, one is a rodent and termite tech, and the other is a regular recurring pest control tech. If youre already licensed thats a plus, if not though we will train. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points. Apply pesticides and chemical agents safely and effectively using proper techniques aligned with pesticide management protocols. Operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and ladder equipment to access hard-to-reach areas for pest treatment. Implement integrated pest management strategies by assessing pest behavior and recommending environmentally responsible solutions. Perform confined space entry safely when required for specialized treatments or inspections. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, treatment locations, and pest activity reports. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans clearly and addressing client questions professionally. Requirements Clean Driving Record Able to pass a background check.
