Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspect properties, identify pest issues, apply treatments safely and effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Inspect residential and/or commercial properties for pest activity. Apply pest control treatments in accordance with label directions and safety procedures. Identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Communicate clearly with customers about service performed and next steps. Maintain accurate service records and paperwork. Keep company vehicle, equipment, and supplies clean and organized. Follow all state, company, and safety regulations. Qualifications Structural Pest Control License is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a route. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions. Prior pest control experience is required.
