Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations. Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Apply pest control products safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Educate clients on pest prevention methods and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term pest management. Maintain accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and client interactions. Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and new pest control technologies. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in pest control Required. Strong knowledge of pest biology, treatment methods, and safety procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical ability to perform inspections and treatments, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments. Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years Be able to pass a background Be able to pass a drug screening and physical. Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50lbs 3 years of pest control experience
