In this position, teammates will have daily routes and regular customers, where they will treat homes with various treatments, techniques, and inspections. Teammates goals are to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Communication is a key part of being a Pest Control Technician with Saela. You will communicate clearly with customers about any findings during inspections, sharing treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and resolutions to help keep our customers pest-free.What We Offer:

Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 months customer-facing experience Strong communication and time management skills Customer-focused and self-motivated Ability to work independently Valid driver's license You must be 18 or overPreferred Qualifications:
Experience performing home inspections Experience with selling Experience in pest control, HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, or other types of in-home technician experience Physical Demands /Working Conditions:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
