Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify pest activity and entry points. Implement pest control treatments using chemical agents, mechanical tools, or integrated pest management strategies. Safely handle and apply pesticides and other chemical agents following strict safety protocols, including respiratory protection and confined space entry procedures. Operate company vehicles, power tools, and hand tools to access treatment areas effectively. Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, treatment locations, and pest activity reports for compliance and future reference. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work activities and when handling chemicals or working in confined spaces. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, entomology, pesticide management, or related fields such as farming, landscaping, agriculture, or lawn care is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and outdoor equipment is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
