The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing pest infestations in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service abilities, and a strong understanding of pest control methods. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients by effectively managing pest issues. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest problems and determine the best course of action. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using company provided Equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide recommendations to clients on preventative measures to avoid future infestations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up schedules. Educate clients about pest behavior and the importance of ongoing pest management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive to various job sites using company vehicles, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments. Skills Experience in pest control or related fields such as lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in pest management applications. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits and upsell additional services when appropriate. Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus, particularly for agricultural pest control roles. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to accurately assess pest issues. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
