Job Description

Commonwealth Pest Control Corp. is seeking applicants for the position of Pest Control Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is either a VDACS Registered Technician or a Certified Applicator with a minimum of 7A and 7B certifications. Other certifications are welcome. Pay is between $17-$21 an hour Must have at least 2 years' experience in Pest Control. We are looking for a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment. Strong ethics are a must! We treat our clients like family. Must have proficiency in customer service, communication, and problem solving. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and has pride in their work, with the ability to follow instructions. Must have a good driving record and maintain a neat work environment - to include having a clean appearance with good hygienic habits. The candidate must be able to lift at least 50lbs., be able to fit into small spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.), and have reliable transportation, and will need to be proficient with using technology including but not limited to an iPad, smart phone, basic typing and grammar, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Inspect and diagnose pest issues in both residential and commercial environments. Safely and effectively apply pesticides in accordance with product labels and state regulations.
