Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Technician and become a vital part of safeguarding homes, businesses, and outdoor spaces from unwanted pests. In this energetic role, you will perform pest inspections, apply treatments, and provide expert advice to clients. Your proactive approach will help ensure safe, pest-free environments while promoting sustainable practices. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs, emphasizing environmentally friendly solutions Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for compliance and follow-up Operate vehicles responsibly to reach various job sites efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or farming tasks as needed to support broader property maintenance efforts Use hand tools and power tools to set traps, install barriers, or perform minor repairs related to pest control measures Experience Prior experience in pest control is highly desirable but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture practices is a plus Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigating different terrains Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to travel between job sites safely Ability to operate basic farm machinery and power tools with confidence and safety awareness Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally to clients Willingness to learn about new pest control techniques, products, and sustainable practices Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
