Job Description
Bilingual Route Technician / Field Service Specialist (Richmond Area) FRPS is hiring a dependable, bilingual team member to manage an established local service route throughout the Richmond area. This is a full-time position with daytime and evening hours, a company vehicle, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Previous industry experience is not required. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, property maintenance, landscaping, hospitality, delivery, facilities, cleaning services, and other field-based positions. Pay $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule Monday-Friday Daytime hours No overnight shifts Limited weekend work What You'll Do Drive a company vehicle between customer locations. Perform scheduled property inspections and service visits. Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Document completed work using a mobile app. Maintain equipment and represent the company professionally. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally work on ladders, in crawlspaces, or in attics. Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and documentation.
