Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would be located around the Richmond area, and will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pests, and applying appropriate treatments to eliminate infestations. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients' homes and businesses.Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to determine the type and extent of pest infestations
- Identify pests and develop effective treatment plans
- Apply pesticides in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer instructions
- Communicate with clients to explain treatment plans and provide recommendations for ongoing pest management
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and report any issues or concerns to management
Skills:
- Knowledge of pest control methods and techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools, and power tools
- Strong sales skills to upsell services and products (we offer a competitive sales incentives)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
