We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join the team. Brandons Pest Services was built on one simple principle: do the right thing every time. We are looking for a technician who values integrity, takes ownership of their work, communicates honestly, and never cuts corners. Every customer deserves our best effort, and every home should be treated with the same care and respect we would expect for our own. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control services. Inspect properties for pest activity and identify conducive conditions. Apply pesticides in accordance with Virginia regulations and label requirements. Communicate treatment plans and recommendations clearly with customers. Maintain accurate service records. Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally. Qualifications Pest control experience preferred (licensed in Virginia is a plus). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage a daily route. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to crawl in crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
