We are currently hiring a Pest Control Technician to join our team of service professionals. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide the training and support you need to succeed!

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality pest control services to both residential and commercial clients. Communicate professionally with customers to explain services, findings, and treatment plans. Build rapport and trust with clients while identifying opportunities for additional services. Maintain daily service records and meet performance goals. Manage your own pest control route with reliability and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales-minded approach to identify customer needs. Strong organizational skills to track daily service and sales activity. Valid WA pest control license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one (we provide paid training!) High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Ability to perform work with 24ft
