  • Draft Punk is a Washington State based company focused on the greater Seattle Area, specializing in full-service installation, repair & maintenance of draft beer systems.
Our business continues to grow and we are currently looking to add motivated, customer service-oriented people to our team in Seattle and surrounding areas. We have current openings for the entry level position of
DRAFT BEER TECHNICIAN.
This position is responsible for cleaning draft beer lines at retail accounts. Compensation is based on experience, while preferred, NO
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Draft Punk will provide you with the necessary training and equipment to perform the duties. The starting wage during training is $22.50/hour. Your overall compensation plan includes the opportunity for performance bonuses and commission incentives for sales and new accounts. Annual raises are available and based on performance reviews. Employee benefits (health/vision/dental) available after 3 months employment. PTO, vacation and sick leave offered upon hiring. Qualified candidates will have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver license, preferred clean record, and proof of current auto insurance. To be successful in this position you must have the desire to begin your day in the early morning, as early as 5AM. This is a part-time position to start with the ability to move to full-time depending on performance. Standard shifts occur Mon-Fri (occasional holiday shifts required) with suggested routing and a start time average of 6AM and occasionally 5AM. You will be expected to work independently, and will receive necessary support, training and tools from our experienced team. Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
From $22.50/hr while training, $25/hr during probationary period, and $27.50 per hour after afterwards. Once proficient, techs will receive $30-40 per hour for installation work.
Requirements:
  • Draft beer or wine experience preferred but not required
  • Service tech should have a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have their own reliable vehicle with proof of active insurance
  • Must have a working smart phone
  • Training will be provided
  • Previous experience can lead to higher pay both initially and after probationary period
  • Tech must be able to lift equipment weighing 55 lbs multiple times per shift and to a height of 3ft.
There is also frequent standing, bending, lifting.
Schedule:
  • 6-8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types:

  • Installation pay $30-40 per hours
Mileage:
$.75 per mile driven if using personal car
  • Milage and hours clocked are based on when you start your first cleaning cycle until when you finish your last one for the day
License/Certification:
