Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Technician and Sales Representative, where you'll play a vital role in safeguarding properties from pests while providing exceptional service and solutions to our clients. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues, including insects, rodents, and other unwanted pests. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment while adhering to safety standards. Educate customers on pest prevention strategies, lawn care tips, and landscape maintenance to foster long-term relationships. Promote and sell additional services to tailored customer needs. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules. Drive company vehicles responsibly to various job sites while ensuring timely service delivery. Skills Proven experience or knowledge in pest control methods, willing to get licensed within 30 days. Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade customers about service benefits. Valid driver's license. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
