Full Job Description Summary:
If you want the freedom to work outdoors, at a new job setting every day, become a Wildlife Technician Assistant. We are looking for internally motivated talent who want a career in wildlife! In this position, you will conduct the humane removal of wildlife from client homes, remedy any damage wildlife has caused, and protect homes against future wildlife problems. We offer three weeks paid time off to our new team members. Our growing team collaborates to ensure everyone's success!  Conduct humane wildlife removal plans.  Review detailed instructions and execute the removal plan flawlessly.  Communicate alterations or changes of a removal plan. Maintain a service vehicle and equipment on a routine basis.  Have care and concern for coworker's health and safety.  Respectful and professional with co-workers and clients, even in the tough times.  Desire to gain applicable trainings, certifications, or other learning opportunities
Skills and Experience:
This position requires no prior wildlife removal experience. The following skills are highly applicable to the responsibilities of this position:  No fear of working at heights or in tight spaces.  Experience with home repair or construction.  Ability to carry heavy objects such as ladders (upwards of 70lbs).  Licensed to recreationally trap wildlife in Wisconsin.
