Job Description
: This position (Salesperson) is key to our operations and is primarily responsible for conducting property inspection and sales in the field. As a Salesperson, you'll help our clients by conducting thorough property inspections, preparing wildlife removal and exclusion plans, and selling our services to the clients. You will work in coordination with our leadership and service team to deliver the best client experience possible. This position offers the freedom of outdoor work and a new job setting every day. You will be provided with a work vehicle and all necessary technology, training, and equipment to be successful in this role. : Most time spent will be on the road conducting property assessments at client's homes in the Milwaukee and Madison areas. :
Target start date is April/May 2026 : This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Arriving to client's on time and fully prepared each day. Holding and maintaining a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Conducting 1-5 property inspections per day in the Milwaukee/Madison areas. Providing the client with exceptional customer service. Thoroughly inspecting clients' homes, including under decks, inside attics, and on roofs as needed and accurately identifying where wildlife are entering. Identifying areas vulnerable to wildlife on homes and qualifying them with clients. Creating a removal and exclusion plan tailored to that home and client's needs. Selling our services to clients Working with a sales supervisor to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. Lead generation (door knocking, client callbacks for additional services) Inspecting a service vehicle and equipment on a routine basis. Complying with all Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control health and safety policies as outlined in employee manual. Professionally and respectfully communicating at a high level with teammates and clients at all times. Participate in applicable training, certifications, and other learning opportunities. From time to time, any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by supervisors. : This position requires no prior wildlife removal or sales experience but it may be considered. . The following skills are highly applicable to the responsibilities of this position: No fear of working at heights or in tight spaces.
