Pest Control Technician

Job Overview Alternative Pest Solutions is a family‑owned pest control company based in Marshall, WI, serving commercial customers since 2005. We specialize in proactive, customized pest management solutions through thorough inspections and prevention‑focused strategies. We are currently seeking an honest, reliable, and motivated individual to join our pest control team. This position is ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys working outdoors, problem‑solving, and interacting with customers. Previous pest control experience is not required — we will train the right person who demonstrates strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Perform pest control services at commercial properties Conduct inspections and identify pest activity and entry points Apply treatments safely and according to training and regulations Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Maintain accurate service records and documentation Manage daily routes and time efficiently Work independently with minimal supervision Requirements Honest, dependable, and strong moral character Enjoy working outdoors in various conditions Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the day; regularly bend, crouch, kneel, and lift and carry up to 30 pounds on a routine basis.
