Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician Pest/Termite to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and preventing pest and termite issues across residential and commercial properties. Your energetic approach will help ensure our clients enjoy pest-free environments while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in pest control, and agriculture, all while utilizing hand tools, power tools, and driving company vehicles. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest and termite activity using specialized tools and techniques Apply appropriate pest control treatments with precision, following safety protocols and environmental guidelines Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as sprayers, traps, and other pest control tools Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to traffic laws and company policies Requirements Prior experience or training in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and treatments Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members Basic knowledge of sales techniques is advantageous for upselling services when appropriate Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional pest management solutions that protect homes and businesses!
