Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Technician and become a vital part of protecting properties, landscapes, and agricultural environments from unwanted pests. In this energetic role, you will apply your expertise to identify pest issues, implement effective treatment plans, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain healthy, pest-free spaces across residential, commercial, and agricultural settings. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential vulnerabilities. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods, including sprays, baits, traps, and other tools. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively to perform pest management tasks. Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, pests identified, and client interactions for reporting purposes. Assist with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture-related tasks as needed to support integrated pest management strategies. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and recommend ongoing maintenance or treatment plans. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products. Experience with lawn care, landscaping, farming or agriculture practices is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely. Excellent driving skills with a valid license; comfortable navigating different terrains and environments. Basic sales skills to communicate effectively with clients about services offered and additional solutions. Familiarity with land management practices related to pest control in agricultural settings. Wyoming Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred; willing to obtain within 3 months of hire Good physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting heavy equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
