• What You'll Do
• Service established residential and commercial pest control routes
• Provide top-notch customer service and communicate clearly with clients
• Identify and treat a variety of pest issues
• Work independently and efficiently in the field
• Represent our company with professionalism and a positive attitude
• What We're Looking For
• Friendly, professional personality — you'll be working directly with customers daily
• Clean, presentable appearance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to handle a variety of pests and situations Physically capable of performing the job (lifting, bending, working outdoors) Must be able to organize a daily route and stay on top of things Must be capable and willing to work to get the monthly accounts done in with time constraints Big plus if you have:
• Pest control experience
• Route management experience
• Sales or customer service background
• What We Offer
• Well above average pay with strong earning potential. A solid technician shouldn't have a problem earning $50,000 plus per year.
