Looking to earn extra income with flexible scheduling? We are actively hiring experienced Tree Climbers in the Grass Valley, Nevada City, or Truckee area to assist with fixed wireless equipment installations , starting as soon as next week. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled climbers who already have their own gear and are looking to add consistent, well-paid project work to their schedule. Why Join Us? Flexible, project-based work (typically 1-2 days per week) Competitive contractor pay Steady pipeline of installations Work outdoors in a dynamic, hands-on environment Opportunity for ongoing assignments Start as early as next week Responsibilities Climb trees to install fixed wireless equipment at designated heights Secure and properly align wireless devices for optimal performance Conduct basic maintenance and system checks when required Work alongside our technical team to determine the safest and most effective installation approach Follow safety best practices at all times Requirements Proven experience as a professional tree climber Must provide your own climbing equipment and safety gear Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail Reliable and professional communication Availability on an as-needed basis Experience installing wireless equipment is a plus, but we can provide guidance if needed.
