Mobile Recall Technician - Denver Area

Mobile Recall Team is a leading provider of recall management solutions, committed to ensuring the safety and integrity of products in the market. As we expand our team and enhance our services, we are seeking an experienced technician with excellent communication skills to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for performing small repairs and parts replacements related to manufacturer-issued safety recalls.

Position Overview:

As a Mobile Recall Technician, you will play a crucial role in our recall management operations. You will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to support our clients in executing product recalls efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities:

Travel:

You will travel extensively to client locations (50%-75% of the time), often on short notice, including out-of-state overnight stays to facilitate the recall process. .

Technical Expertise:

Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements of recalled products, to ensure full compliance with safety standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all activities, including product inspections, repairs, and replacements.

Communication:

Work closely with clients, team members, and management to provide progress updates and address concerns.

Product Knowledge:

Stay current with product specifications and recall guidelines to ensure efficient procedures.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the recall process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively, often on short notice. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, as required.

Schedule:
