Job Description

Job Summary Join a fast-growing local company as our Operations Foreman. We're looking for a proven leader who can motivate field crews, coordinate daily operations, and deliver exceptional results for our customers. Responsibilities Supervise and lead daily field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work assignments. Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for quality, safety, and productivity. Perform and oversee landscaping projects, tree trimming, tree removal, and property maintenance. Operate and supervise the use of landscaping and tree care equipment. Coordinate snow removal operations, including plowing and de-icing during winter weather events. Communicate with customers and management regarding project progress and scheduling. Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met. Maintain equipment, job site safety, and proper use of materials. Qualifications Previous experience managing and leading field crews is required. Professional landscaping experience is required. Experience with tree work, including limbing, pruning, and tree removal, is required. Snow plow and snow removal experience is required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate landscaping, tree care, and snow removal equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus). Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions. What We Offer Competitive pay of $26.00-$35.00 per hour , based on experience. Full-time, year-round employment.
