A Tree Climber or Trimmer trims and prunes trees. Clears away excess branches near utility lines or over roads or sidewalks. Prunes dead or diseased tree limbs to improve the appearance and health of the tree. Uses rigging equipment and may work from a truck powered lift; uses chain saws and other power equipment.

Job Description
We need a foreman to do walk throughs with the client, update changes accordingly through one seemless app. Then follow through walk throughs at the end. You will have a full crew, additional climbing help, and groundsmen on daily operations and backup if needed. We schedule things for 8 hours days accordingly. Four days a week tuesday- Friday. This job requires high risk removals over homes, fine precision pruning anywhere from ten ft. To 100ft. Hazardous removals experience. I do not rush anyone, safety is truly our utmost priority. I know I love my time not at work and will take every precaution possible to ensure the safety of my crew. I expect you to have all the tools you need minus large equipment to handle and tree related issues. We have a developed devoted crew that has become quite the team. Come join us. Pay is dependent on experience and their are tons of extra tips and small jobs I give to the crew/ split if something comes our way that is unexpected. Groundmen/climbers- are expected to dragging brush, cleaning up yard debris from tree work, running rigging ropes and chainsaws. Feeding wood chippers, communicating clearly. Respect to the crew, equipment and livelyhood of everyone around.

I need a strong climber that can aid in the climbing portion of this job, there are multiple climbers on site at all times, having all of your own climbing gear is apart of this as well as keeping up to safety standards on your life saving equipment. Smart, respectful, conscious of others on the job site. These are important qualities to have. I want some committed individuals that want to grow with our company. There are many positions i need filled over time that will result in a health and happy career. Climbing position would start at $37.50 if you are a competent climber and exhibit all safety and proper pruning, climbing techniques and overall efficiency, this position would not need a ISA certification, but we prefer that you are looking and actively pursuing to become certified. Isa certified arborist we can offer up to $50 hourly and depending on skill set and overall care and understanding of the site, this price is not your capped out potential hourly wage. I want a crew lead to run the show at 4 days a week without question. We understand sometimes things just don't go right, and are prepared for those reasonable expectations across the board.
