- Full-time We are looking to fill a few position for our Tree Team in our Arbor division in Dania/Ft Lauderdale, FL.
We are expanding and creating new teams. 1. Tree Climber (Spiker) 2. Experienced Tree Cutter 3. Bucket Truck Operator 4. CDL truck drivers We are looking for people with experience in proper tree trimming practices. These positions will be working with our tree team out of our North Miami/Ft. Lauderdale location. The role includes using pole saws, power pruners, chain saws, bucket lift operation, and for climbers: ladders and rigging gear. Arboriculture or horticulture knowledge a plus. Ideal candidates would also posses a CDL license, but not required. Special consideration for those holding an active Arborist license with ISA. The normal shift hours are Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm, (10 hour days). We may also work Fridays and Weekend hours depending on the schedule with out clients. Hours over 40 are over-time pay. This position is paid weekly, and also comes with options for benefits. Paid life insurance, PTO, 401k matching and more.

Duties Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks. Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access high branches efficiently and securely. Implement rigging techniques to safely lower large limbs or entire trees during removal processes. Conduct detailed tree assessments to identify health issues, hazards, or disease signs; recommend appropriate care or removal strategies. Maintain all safety protocols during operations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to industry standards. Skills Proven experience in tree care, trimming, or landscaping with growing expertise in arboriculture practices. Strong knowledge of tree physiology, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques. Skilled in rigging methods for safe tree removal and limb lowering operations. Proficient in operating bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely and effectively. Familiarity with GIS technology for mapping and data management related to landscape projects. Ability to perform lawn care tasks and support comprehensive landscape maintenance projects. Excellent physical fitness with the ability to climb trees, work at heights, and handle heavy equipment comfortably.
