Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Groundsman to join our Tree Service team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for grounds maintenance and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- MUST have valid Driver's License
- Tree maintenance tasks, including Trimming, pruning, and Removing .
- Be able to safely operate a Skid Steer, Chainsaws, and Stump
- grinder. As well as driving truck and trailer
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain tree health and appearance
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Keep equipment and tools in good working condition
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills:
- Experience in Tree care
- Knowledge of tree trimming and pruning practices
- Ability to operate a Skid Steer, Chainsaws and other heavy equipment safely
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel short distances
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
