A Tree Climber or Trimmer trims and prunes trees. Clears away excess branches near utility lines or over roads or sidewalks. Prunes dead or diseased tree limbs to improve the appearance and health of the tree. Uses rigging equipment and may work from a truck powered lift; uses chain saws and other power equipment.

Part-time MUST know how to SHARPEN a chainsaw in the field!

! You will be asked on the first day to prove it and you will be asked not to come back if you can't. W-2 only, no cash payroll. You will be on workers comp. Must be reliable and competent. No transportation equals no Work! You will be drug screened. You will be assisting the ground crew and climber/s with safely getting the limbs and tree on the ground and loaded on the truck. You will sometimes be trimming hedges and removing them. Also palm tree work. It's tree service so what comes up we do. Must be able to work without your phone in your pocket or in your hand, it stays in the truck!
