We are open to hiring at the Tech I, Tech II, or Tech III level depending on the skills, certifications, and experience a candidate brings to the role. What You'll Do Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects Perform site prep, grading, drainage, planting, mulch, rock, sod, and seed work Support patio, retaining wall, and other hardscape installation Follow plans, measurements, and foreman direction Load and unload trucks, tools, and materials Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites Protect customer property and finished work Work safely and efficiently in changing outdoor conditions Pay and Level Placement This role may be filled at the Tech I, Tech II, or Tech III level. Pay range is $18.00-$23.00/hour, based on verified skill level. Any candidate hired above Tech I must successfully test out of the required skills for that level before hire. If a candidate does not pass the required testing for Tech II or Tech III, they will be considered at the appropriate level based on demonstrated ability. Requirements Landscape, construction, hardscape, or other outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Coachable attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to safety, quality, and professionalism Valid driver's license and insurable driving record preferred CDL is a plus and required for any hire above a Tech 1 Winter Snow Removal Expectation This role includes winter snow removal expectations. Although installation work is seasonal, employees in this position are expected to be available for on-call snow removal work during the winter season based on weather and company needs. Reliability during snow events is part of the job.
