Full-Time Pay:

$25-$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level Benefits Paid Holidays Accident Insurance Accrue paid time off after probationary period Option to purchase life, disability, and dental insurance Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Schedule Work is typically scheduled Monday through Thursday (4 10 hour days), with occasional emergency work as needed. Preferred Qualifications One year of professional, full time tree climbing experience Experience with rigging, roping, and standard tree care equipment Ability to safely operate chainsaws and arboricultural equipment Crew Lead experience ISA Arborist Certification Key Responsibilities Perform tree pruning and removals using modern climbing systems, ropes, harnesses, spurs, and rigging equipment Safely operate chainsaws aloft and on the ground Lead and assist crew members during tree care operations Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure industry best practices are followed Assess trees for hazards, structural concerns, and overall climbing safety Plan and execute efficient pruning and removal operations Inspect, maintain, and properly use climbing and rigging equipment Operate equipment including chippers, stump grinders, loaders, boom trucks, chainsaws, and trucks Perform cabling, bracing, and tree support installations when needed Train and mentor less experienced crew members Assist with job site cleanup and debris removal Provide professional and courteous customer interactions Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Qualifications One year of professional tree climbing and rigging experience Demonstrated knowledge of climbing knots, rigging systems, and safe work practices Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Must be drug-free and able to pass random drug testing Why Join Craft Tree Care?
