What You'll Be Doing:

Ground Operations:

Cleaning up job sites, dragging brush, feeding the chipper, and ensuring a safe work environment. ✅

Sawyer Responsibilities:

Operating chainsaws to cut and process tree limbs and logs, learning precision cutting techniques. ✅

Bucket Truck Operations:

Assisting with and learning how to safely operate bucket trucks for aerial tree trimming and removals. ✅

Equipment Handling:

Using chainsaws, ropes, rigging systems, wood chippers, and other heavy-duty equipment. ✅

Crane & Climbing Support:

Helping set up crane lifts, supporting climbers, and eventually learning climbing techniques. ✅

General Equipment Operation:

Learning to safely handle stump grinders, skid steers, loaders, and other machinery. ✅

Safety & Teamwork:

Following industry safety protocols and working as part of a professional crew to complete jobs efficiently. Opportunities for
