We offer health benefits, holiday pay, PTO/Sick pay, and 401k benefits. A job candidate must have the ability to: Rope and rig trees with varying levels of difficulty. Have their own up-to-date and safe climbing gear. Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feed brush into a wood chipper. Lift heavy loads. Be able to Rake up/Cleanup debris. Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Work well with other crew members. Candidates have access to an annual climbing gear stipend as they grow within the company.
